Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCS) govern sales concluded on the HEYRIEUX TORA website between 981531395, SARL with a share capital of 250000, registered under number 98153139500029, whose headquarters are located at 56 RUE DE L'INDUSTRIE, 38540 HEYRIEUX (hereinafter “the Seller”), and any natural person acting as a consumer (hereinafter “the Customer”).
2. Products
The offered products are described as accurately as possible. Photographs have no contractual value. Offers are valid within the limits of stock available from our suppliers.
3. Price
Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included (TTC). Shipping costs are displayed before order confirmation. The Seller reserves the right to change its prices at any time; products are billed at the price in effect at the moment of order validation.
4. Order
The order becomes firm after payment validation (credit card, PayPal) or, for a bank transfer, upon receipt of funds. A confirmation e‑mail summarising the order is sent to the Customer. The Seller reserves the right to cancel any order in case of an existing dispute, product unavailability, or payment anomaly; the Customer will then be fully refunded.
5. Payment
Payment can be made using one of the following methods:
- bank transfer: the order is processed upon receipt of funds and may be cancelled without payment within 7 days.
The Seller never has access to the Customer’s bank details.
6. Delivery
Products are delivered to the address provided by the Customer, within the countries and zones offered at checkout. The indicated delivery times are estimates from the moment payment is confirmed. Some products may be shipped directly from our logistics partners’ warehouses, possibly in multiple parcels. A tracking number is provided as soon as the shipment is made. In case of a delay exceeding 30 days, the Customer may cancel the order under the conditions set by law.
7. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with articles L221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise the right of withdrawal, without needing to provide a reason. The decision must be communicated by e‑mail to hola@heyrieuxtora.com or via the site chat, in an unambiguous manner. The product must be returned within 14 days of this notification, complete and in its original condition, to the address communicated by the Seller. Return costs are borne by the Customer. Refund, including the original shipping fees (standard rate), will be processed within 14 days of the notification, possibly delayed until the product is received or proof of its shipment is provided.
8. Legal Guarantees
All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code) for a period of 2 years from delivery, as well as the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code). 9. Liability
The Seller cannot be held liable for non‑performance of the contract in cases of force majeure, disruption, or strike of transport services.

11. Mediation and Disputes
In case of a dispute, the Customer should first contact customer service. If no agreement is reached, they may use the free consumer mediator: PWC — https://pwc.com. These TCS are governed by French law.
