Powerful 1300 W motor
The FIMEI culinary robot delivers a nominal power of 1300 watts, standing out from typical 1300 W models on the market. Higher power translates into stronger, more efficient performance for food‑processing tasks. Whether chopping, mixing or grinding, this machine handles it easily and quickly.
The robot’s base is equipped with four suction cups that firmly attach to smooth surfaces, stabilising the whole unit. This reduces vibration and movement during processing, ensuring a smooth and safe experience.
The appliance (including the motor) and the blender base are not dishwasher‑safe.
However, other accessories can be washed in the dishwasher, provided the temperature does not exceed 60 °C.

- 1. What to do if the food processor does not work on first use?
You need to check that the food processor is properly installed. There are 3 safety locks to pay attention to. You will hear a ‘click’ when the food processor is correctly installed. The machine will only operate when all three locks are engaged.
If the food processor still does not work, please send us a message and we will provide a satisfactory solution.
- 2. What should I do after receiving damaged parts or can I purchase accessories if some are broken?
Answer: You can send us photos of the accessories via Amazon and we will send you replacement accessories.
- 3. What should I do when the machine’s over‑heat protection automatically cuts power?
First, unplug the device – this step is very important.
Then wait for the machine to cool down naturally before plugging it back in.
- 4. During the first uses, the machine smelled burnt – is this normal?
It is normal. Motor‑driven machines treat motor‑related oil at the factory, but after shipping no odor should be emitted. This smell will disappear completely after a few uses. You can use it with confidence.
